Everything you need to see your money clearly
Budgeting, planning, and account tracking for personal and business money — pulled straight from the product. Every feature below is free to use while Wallens is in early access, with no ads and no credit card required.
Dashboard
Your whole financial picture, at a glance.
See your net position the moment you land — checking and savings, credit cards, and what you actually have available, grouped and totaled so nothing hides. One clear view of where you stand.
Transactions
A register that tells the truth about your balance.
Only cleared transactions move your balance, so what you see is what you have. Upcoming items stay pending until they actually happen, and future occurrences appear automatically as their dates arrive — no manual bookkeeping.
Accounts
Every account, organized your way.
Checking, savings, and credit cards, but also loans, mortgages, retirement, crypto, cash, and tax debt — ten types in all, plus your own. Drag to reorder them, track current versus available side by side, and tag each one personal or business to filter the whole app to match.
Bills
Recurring bills that schedule themselves.
Set a bill once and Wallens generates the upcoming occurrences for you. Mark one paid and it drops a pending transaction straight onto your register, so your projected balance always reflects what is coming. Edit a bill and past occurrences keep the terms they were paid under — history does not get rewritten.
Income
Know exactly when money lands.
Track paychecks and other recurring income with their own categories and tax categories, so your projections account for what is arriving — not just what is going out.
Transfers
Moving your own money is not income.
Model the money that moves between your own accounts — savings contributions, credit card payments, business to personal — as a single two-sided transfer, recurring or one-off. Both legs stay in step, so a transfer never masquerades as a paycheck on one side or a bill on the other, and your totals stay honest.
Budget
One month. Money in, money out, what is left.
Your month laid out as Credits and Debits side by side, with the Net between them. There is nothing to set up and nothing to tune — the Budget is derived from the same bills, income, and transactions your Dashboard and register already run on. It cannot drift from your real numbers, because it is not a separate set of them.
Scenarios
Is this actually survivable?
A scenario is a moldable copy of your repeating month. Drop the bills you would stop paying, retune the ones that would change, add the ones that do not exist yet — and read the verdict. Every figure is a monthly equivalent, so a biweekly bill counts 26 times a year rather than 24, and the answer holds whether you opened it in a three-paycheck month or an ordinary one. Save it, duplicate it, or throw it away.
Backburner
A home for the maybe-laters.
Park expenses you are considering but have not committed to, so they stay visible without distorting your real numbers. Promote one when it becomes real — or pull it into a scenario first, to see what it would cost you every month before you decide.
The foundation underneath it all
